Perfect Pumpkin Pie
Amazing. I have made a lot of pumpkin pies in my time, but this one was absolutely gorgeous. I even had a known pumpkin-hater ask for seconds. Success!

Apple and Onion Dressing
Mmm, this was super tasty. We even forgot to saute the onions and garlic, but it turned out just fine.
