Clone of a Cinnabon

Reviewed: Dec. 26, 2008
I tried these last New Years Day. The flavors of both the bun and icing were terrific, and the buns rose well, but I had trouble getting them baked through. The edges were done nicely, and would have been overcooked had I kept them in any longer. But the whole center part was still pretty raw dough. Any suggestions here?! I would like to try them again sometime...

World's Best Cream Cheese and Pineapple Dip

Reviewed: Sep. 30, 2008
This is so good! I have also had it without the garlic and onion powder, but with a dollop of pineapple jam added to the pineapple and cream cheese, and served with CORN CHIPS (like fritos). This seemed so unusual but it was unbelievably good!!!

Pfeffernuesse IV

Reviewed: Dec. 19, 2003
These are FANTASTIC - I just made these for Christmas cookies and I am going to have to make another batch because we can't stop eating them! This was a different cookie technique, with the melting of the butter and molasses, but it was all very easy to make. They turned out beautifully - look like they came from a bakery.

Pfeffernusse Kuchen

Reviewed: Dec. 19, 2003
These are really good! I love the sweet hot flavor, and my 3 kids all liked them, even the 2 year old! It is an unusual technique, letting them sit out overnight, but they turned out fine. They do sort of split apart and look a little funny after baking, but they taste great!
