Chocolate Lovers' Favorite Cake

OMG! This cake is amazing and I usually don't make box cakes!! (I'm a homemade snob!) Anwyway, It's very moist with a geat texture! I added a few things and it was simply devine! After putting the cake in the pan, sprinkle some coconut flakes on top. Instead of the satiny chocolate glaze, I made a rum-cream cheese glaze! I'm telling! It was awesome!!!!!

Baked Potato Soup

This recipe was awesome. I read some of the other reviews and decided to add some sour cream and cheese to thicken it up. I also used diced ham. I sauteed the ham and then added the onion and garlic. I added about 3 tablespoons of sour cream and about 3/4 cups of cheddar cheese! (This really thickened it up!) I still garnished it with bacon bits even though I had ham in the soup, and it was fantastic! I will definitely make this again! My Dad, who is a soup man, absolutely loved it!

Oatmeal Chocolate Coconut Chewy

This recipe is Da Bomb! I made a few additions/substitutions. I used 1 cup of chocolate chips and 1 cup of white chocolate chips. I also used 1/2 cup of macadamia nuts and 1/2 cup of pecans. I also added a teaspoon of rum flavoring! I'm telling you! This recipe will make you want to slap your Mama!! LOL

David's Yellow Cake

I swear to God, I've been trying to find a moist yellow cake from scratch from about 10 years now! I'm happy to say, I found one!! This cake was great! I added a small pkg of vanilla instant pudding and it was awesome!!! Good looking out, David! I owe you one!!!

Sweet Potato Biscuits

This was a pretty good recipe. However, I added just a couple of things. I used Cake Flour instead of all purpose flour. (A pastry chef onnce told me to use cake flour and not all-purpose flour when baking.) Also, I used canned sweet potato and added about a teasponn of vanilla extract and some cinnamon while mashing!) Also, for shortening, I used butter-flavored crisco. I will make again, but I think I might add a touch more baking powder. They were a little flat, but good!

Hot Artichoke and Spinach Dip II

This wasn't bad, but I'm not sure what all of the fuss was about. Something was missing, I thought. I'm not sure what, but it seemed like consistency was off.
