I added some garlic seasoning...could have used more, sauce was a little bland. I would also use more mushrooms next time.

Deb's Scallops Florentine

Reviewed: Mar. 3, 2004
Excellent! I also, as previously mentioned, left out boiling the scallops prior to baking. I just cooked everything a little longer (about 30 min) I also left out the Old Bay seasoning - didn't have any. I served over pasta. Very good and easy to make!!

Chicken Milano

Reviewed: Mar. 31, 2004
Possibly the best chicken dish I've ever made. I loved this recipe! As others had suggested I too added mushrooms and doubled the sauce. When I doubled the sauce I didn't have enough heavy cream so I used 1 cup heavy cream and 1 cup milk. It turned out perfect. I also breaded the chicken before I sauteed it. This recipe took a little extra time but soooo worth the extra effort. Will definetly make again and again!

Sesame Beef

Reviewed: Mar. 31, 2004
Very good! You can add almost any kind of vegetable to this. The sauce was very good. I added fresh mushrooms (sliced) and I didn't have any broccoli but I added some asparagus (cut into 1 inch peices). Served with egg rolls.

Very good. Chicken was tender and juicy. I used seasoned bread crumbs. My husband loved this recipe, he said the chicken would be good over pasta or salad.

Very good. I've made sauteed cabbage before just using butter, salt and pepper. This is a nice alternative.

Italian Sausage Soup with Tortellini

Reviewed: Apr. 7, 2004
wonderful tasting soup! I was lazy and added a can of diced tomatoes instead of the 4 fresh tomatoes. Served with warm bread. This would be great on a cold winter night instead of a nice spring day like when I made it! :-)
