This is my favorite flan. It's been made a few times now and people love it and ask for the recipe. I had no problem mixing it in my blender all in one batch. Blend on low and don't think you need to run the blender long.

Creamy Caramel Flan

This is an excellent flan. I've made this for a couple of get-togethers now and people love it and ask for the recipe. Make it faster: after coating the dish with the carmelized sugar, simply use your blender for a few seconds to blend the other ingredients, pour into pan, and proceed as usual. Blenderizing doesn't change the texture at all and saves time.

Peanut Butter Cupcakes

These taste like cake versions of soft old fashioned peanut butter cookies. Not super sweet, but VERY tender, so be careful to cool them and use caution when pulling them out of the muffin tins if you don't use liners. I made a chocolate butter cream frosting for a Reeces sort of cake. All thumbs up from my family.
