Spiced Pumpkin Dip

This was really good. It made a lot, so be prepared to have a good amount of dipping items. Ginger snaps and pears were excellent with this. Simple, and can easily be made ahead.

Sweet and Spicy Almonds

Summer Pasta with Basil, Tomatoes and Cheese

not only was this a totally awsome pasta, that I've made time and time again, but I just used the tomato mixture as a topping for the best Bruschetta EVER!!!!

Amazingly Easy Irish Soda Bread

LOVED IT! The easiest and best Irish Soda Bread recipe ever! I didn't add raisins or currants, and it was fantastic just plain. I'll be making this again next St. Patrick's Day! Thanks for a super easy, yummy recipe!

Laurie's Shepherd's Pie

This was great! I did not use the pie crust as others had mentioned, and it turned out fabulous. My 5 year old loved it, and it's hard to get him to eat meat. We made this for St Patty's Day dinner with "Amazingly Easy Irish Soda Bread" (the best recipe ever) with a spinach salad on the side. Yum! thanks for a great recipe!

Brown Sugar Meatloaf

Yummy!!! Best meatloaf ever! I did everything exactly as directed, except I put the brown sugar and ketchup on top, and made the loaf in a glass baking dish. My 3 & 5 year old boys devoured this - great easy meal that kids love!!

Roasted Pumpkin Seeds

This is your staple roasted seed recipe, and it's fantastic! MAKE SURE to dry seeds out on paper towels after rinsing them off in a collinder. Once they're dry, toss them w/ melted butter-NEVER USE OIL-real butter only. The oil vs. butter thing makes a big difference. Roast until brown and toasty. Cool, serve, and munch away! BEWARE: They're addictive!

America's Favorite Grilled Cheese Sandwich

This is a sure winner! Tip: Put 1tbsp. of butter in skillet, then lay down 1 piece of bread. Add cheese on top of slice of bread, then lay other piece of bread over cheese. Flip sandwich over w/ spatula, but ADD another tbsp of butter before flipping! Grill until golden brown, crispy on the outside , soft on the inside.

Oh yes, this is totally "Delicious Pumpkin Bread"! So easy , so quick, so yummy. My employees loved it, my kids loved it, and my whole family loved it. This is a sure hit!!

Grilled Rock Lobster Tails

The BEST recipe for grilled lobster! Couldn't be any easier, and I WOULD NOT change a thing. This is even great on shrimp, and don't forget to make enough to dip your crusty baguette into!

Bread Pudding II

Wow! Absolutely delicious! Didn't change a thing and the whole family loved this bread pudding, including my finicky 3 year old. Easy, delicious, satisfying. Two thumbs up!
