I am a diabetic and had to learn the right way to eat and cook in my forties. I love experimenting with foods and flavours.
My favorite things to cook
Like most men I love to BBQ but with the winters here I also had to do more indoors. I am currently experimenting with the vegan styles of cooking and have found some wonderful recipes here.
My cooking triumphs
Eggplant Parmesan (vegan style) with German Apple cake for desert. My friends loved it and I found it delicious.
