Chicken Wild Rice Soup I

My Life Skills class (Middle School), periodically makes a soup for staff to buy for lunch. Last week we made this one, served 22 bowls of it, and it was a HUGE hit! Thanks so much for a real winner, that I know will be requested over and over!

Cornish Game Hens with Garlic and Rosemary

Made these for New Years Day dinner. Tender and succulent. The drippings made a wonderful gravy. I have always looked at Cornish Game Hens as a "fancy" meal (once every couple of years), but these were soooo good, I may just make "hens" a once a month occassion!

Leslie's Broccoli, Wild Rice, and Mushroom Stuffing
