Slow Cooker Italian Beef for Sandwiches
Very tasty sandwich. I've never had an Italian Beef sandwich, so I don't have anything to compare this to, but the beef has a very good flavor. I pre-toasted some hoagie rolls in broiler and then added my beef, sweet peppers, and provolone and then put it back under the broiler. Now this sandwich is not for the timid and you're going to get messy, but its worth it!
