Beef Stroganoff III

Reviewed: Feb. 8, 2010
This was absolutely delicious. We did not use the mushrooms from a can but the fresher ones in the produce section and put them in 15 minutes before completed. The mushrooms and white wine added a slight vanilla flavor to the sauce. It reminded me of frementing wine. Next time I am going to marinade the roast to help tenderize the meat.

Pork Chops with Raspberry Sauce

Very nice simple recipe for Pork Chops. I used poultry seasoning for spices instead of just tyme and sage and it turned out great.

Chicken Cordon Bleu II

This turned out amazing! and is the best Cordon Bleu recipe I've made. The sauce was very rich and creamy. I am looking forward to break this out when I want to impress dinner guests.

Jay's Signature Pizza Crust

Reviewed: Apr. 4, 2009
I've used this recipe countless times, and it is a great crust. I have also put a little twist by replacing half a cup of the flour for yellow corn meal for a Chicago Style Deep Dish.
