Freestyle is my favorite, I really to make things up on the fly. I mostly use an electric oven but I use my fire pit every time I get a chance.

I have recently learned how to use fondant. Ive catered for weddings and parties,I have ran three kitchens, written menues for various resturaunts, and also have had chances to hunt for, prepare, and cook rabbit, quail, wild boar, deer, and rattle snake
My cooking tragedies
My first fried turkey exploded and caught the backyard on fire, I left a propane torch on the stove top and fogot to turn off the eye before and caught my kitchen on fire, I have a bad habbit of burning bread every time I cook it and destroyed two ceramic knives.
