First attempt at fondant icing

I am an inventive and creative cook who likes to create freestyle meals.
My favorite things to cook
Chicken is, to me, The best thing in the word folled by beef. I love to make sauces and marinaides for meat, but I also enjoy working with the unusual foods as well
My favorite family cooking traditions
Freestyle is my favorite, I really to make things up on the fly. I mostly use an electric oven but I use my fire pit every time I get a chance.
My cooking triumphs
I have recently learned how to use fondant. Ive catered for weddings and parties,I have ran three kitchens, written menues for various resturaunts, and also have had chances to hunt for, prepare, and cook rabbit, quail, wild boar, deer, and rattle snake
My cooking tragedies
My first fried turkey exploded and caught the backyard on fire, I left a propane torch on the stove top and fogot to turn off the eye before and caught my kitchen on fire, I have a bad habbit of burning bread every time I cook it and destroyed two ceramic knives.

Killer Cheesecake
to much butter in the crust cut it in half to make a crispy crust and cut the cooking time to 8 mins and you will have a perfect cheesecake

Bacon and Blue Brussels Sprouts
My wife cleaned her plate and that says a lot. I loved this recipe and will make this over and over.I did modify a little because i don't care for blue cheese. I used extra sharp cheddar and added half a bag of real bacon bits.

Honey Glazed Stuffed Chicken
I used 3 slices of bacon on each breast and used Gouda cheese, breaded them with crushed potato chips and drizzled peanut oil over them, then lightly salted after they came out of the oven, also i cooked them @400 degrees for ten additional min. they came out great and the bacon was perfectly cooked.
