This pasta salad was so popular! I brought it to a Lakers BBQ and guests were raving. The dressing is out of this world, I doubled all of the ingredients to make it except the oil and it came out just delicious! I only modified a couple things to the pasta too. To spice it up a bit, I added a bit (1/2 tablespoon) of the asian chili paste to the dressing. I also added shredded carrots, edamame, water chestnuts, cucumber and mandarin oranges to the mix. It added a crunch and a sweet surprise to it and really made the salad quite colorful as well. Absolutely loved this recipe though and will for sure make it again.
