Buttery Soft Pretzels
I made these last night and the family loved them. The first sheet of pretzels browned alittle to much on the bottem but were still great. I lowered the oven temp to 425 and the second batch was perfect. I did have trouble dipping them without having totally reshape them afterward. I'm not sure how to avoid that.

My Mom's Parmesan Chicken
One word.....Awesome! I did use boneless skinless breast and sherry because thats what I had on hand. I do really like bone-in chicken and can't wait to try it that way also. This was such a quick simple dish with amazing taste.

Monte Cristo Sandwich - the Real One
I made these for dinner tonight and my kids just loved them and so did I. It turned out exactly as I expected. I get so annoyed with bad reviews based on fat and calorie content you should know by looking this isn't healthy. Things like this are meant to be a treat not a daily meal and as such was perfect as cross between a sandwich and a donut lol. I fried mine in about an inch of oil and flipped quickly to get all the batter cooking.
