Sausage Brunch Casserole

Reviewed: Sep. 15, 2014
Per a mixture of prior reviews, I doubled the amount of eggs, used 1 ¼ cp milk, 1 cp cheddar, 1 cp mozzarella, and baked the crescent rolls for 10 min @350 in oven prior to adding the egg/cheese/sausage mix. It came out so tasteful! I served it for brunch for my in-laws and they loved it. I loved it too and hubby loved it! I will definitely make this again. Perhaps using bacon or pork roll in place of sausage. Great recipe!

Flavorful, amazing recipe. The white wine flavor in the cream of mushroom sauce makes this delicious!

Shrimp Scampi Bake

Reviewed: Mar. 8, 2014
I changed this recipe a bit by adding a splash of clam juice, white wine, black and red pepper Hot Shot (McCormick's Seasoning) and minced onion and served over a bed of al dente angel hair pasta. I had 1lb. (rather than 2lbs.) of tiny pre-cooked shrimp so I halved the whole recipe and briefly sautéed the shrimp on the stove in a covered sautee pan for a few minutes rather than placing in the oven. In the end, the taste was Amazing! however, I could have definitely used more sauce.

Balsamic Mushrooms

Reviewed: Oct. 30, 2011
Loved these mushrooms as is and would definitely make them again. I just cooked them long enough to make them look like the recipe picture which turned out to be longer than called for.
