Very good. Flavor was great, the potatoes need to cook longer than the recipe states. My chicken was done far before the potatoes. Other than that, it was very good and I will make it again.

I followed the recipe to a "t", but it didn't turn out just right. Not like a gumbo. Had great flavor, just a strange texture. Very good flavor.

Stuffed Fish in Puff Pastry

This is a keeper. I didn't have the vermouth so I used white cooking wine instead. And I used Basa filets because that was the only white fish I could find that wasn't super expensive. I really liked everything about the dish and will be making it for my entire family (Grandma, Uncles, Cousins) very soon! Awesome!

Alaska Salmon Bake with Pecan Crunch Coating

This was really good. I used honey Dijon and cut down on the regular honey. I wanted a little more sauce than what I had and will increase that next time. I was surprised at how nicely the flavors complemented the fish - nothing was overpowering and you still tasted the salmon. Cooking time is spot on.

Scalloped Potatoes and Pork Chops

great recipe, easy and pretty quick. I microwaved the potatoes for just under 10 minutes, but still had to increase the baking time by about 30 minutes to finish the potatoes. I also used thick cut chops and split them in half.

Colleen's Slow Cooker Jambalaya

Awesome recipe. I read the reviews and tried to cut the juices down a bit, but it was a still little too juicy. I cut the broth down to between 2/3 and 3/4 cups, and next time I'll cut that down to 1/2 cup and add 1/2 teaspoon chicken bouillon, and drain one can of the tomatoes (I used 2 14 ounce cans). I also couldn't find the andouille, subbed smoked kielbasa and added a little more cajun and cayenne. Got rave reviews from everyone!
