Best Beef Dip Ever
Made this with regular beef broth and halved the soy sauce with water and it was wayyyyy too salty. I love salt but the broth and the soy sauce was a bit much. I haven't made the recipe per the directions but I know that using broth and soy sauce is not advisable.. we like the pepperocini beef better and its easier.

Awesome Spicy Beef Kabobs OR Haitian Voodoo Sticks
This recipe is a keeper for sure, I didn't use the whole 2 tsp of cayanne, figured it might be too hot. I only added 1 1/2 tsp and it was perfect. Simple ingredients, but packs alot of flavor. Grilled slow and low over charcoal and used pita bread lettuce and sour cream like the reviews said and it made for an excellent dinner.

BBQ Pork for Sandwiches
this recipe is way better than i had anticipated, i held off on some of the bbq sauce and let people add more if they wanted, otherwise i think the bbq would have just been too much. everyone that ate it really liked it which rarely happens. good and easy.
