Easy Chicken Enchiladas

This was really easy and tasted great! Mine did not look as pretty as theirs did but still tasted good. I used tomatoes with Chile and jalapeno peppers. The flavor was great but it was HOT!

Broiled Tilapia Parmesan

This was so easy to make and it was wonderful. The whole family enjoyed it. I was really unsure when I was making it because the butter parmesian mix was not the consistancy I thought it should have been but it turned out great.

This did not turn out well for me. I am biscuit and roll challenged however. I will try these again and rerate. I think I am the problem and not the recipe however. The taste was great but they were hard.

Perfect Turkey

This is the first turkey I ever made and I doubt I ever try another recipe. Absolutely delicious. I used the Brining liquid from Williams and Sonoma. The turkey was very flavorful and moist.

Cheddar Bay Biscuits

I have tried to make biscuits numerous times and they never turn out. These, however, turned out great. Tasted just like the ones from Red Lobster. You will not be disappointed with this recipe. I did add the Old Bay Seasoning as was recommended.

Slow Cooker Chicken Taco Soup

My family thought this recipe was outstanding...the best I've made using all recipes. I did not care for it as much. I could still taste the beer in it and I hate the taste of beer. I gave it 4 stars because everyone else really liked it.
