Nicola's Pad Thai

Reviewed: Mar. 8, 2012
Yummo! This is amazing. I tripled the sauce based on a 1lb package of Thai Rice noodles. I don't know what tamarind paste is so I just left it out. It easily fed my family of 6. Great recipe.

Yabba-Dabba Delicious!!! My husband is still raving about how good this is. I used grated cheddar because I was out of Parm. I think it would even be better with the parm, but whatever definately a recipe worth keeping!!!

Fantastico!! I left out the green pepper, but added 1/2 seeded jalapeno. I didn't sear the beef first, just threw it in the crockpot all day. It was delish! Served it with the "refried beans without the refry" found on this site.

Fantastic--Make sure you blend all of the dry ingredients to get it nice & smooth. Although, I like a few lumps because then I know it is homemade!! :)

Chicken Tikka Masala

Reviewed: Mar. 23, 2010
Too much Salt! Only add to taste! It was too cold to BBQ the meat so I just pan fried the breasts, removed them, & made the sauce in the pan. Worked great! Will definately add this to my list of Super Spicy Foods!!

It was OK. My kids definately prefer the traditional pizza crust. It was edible, but I won't be making it again.

Fantastic! I accidently let it rise the last time too long & it was really big. Still delicious! Kids love it as sandwiches or dipped in pizza sauce.
