Nicola's Pad Thai

Yummo! This is amazing. I tripled the sauce based on a 1lb package of Thai Rice noodles. I don't know what tamarind paste is so I just left it out. It easily fed my family of 6. Great recipe.

Parmesan and Basil Chicken Salad

Yabba-Dabba Delicious!!! My husband is still raving about how good this is. I used grated cheddar because I was out of Parm. I think it would even be better with the parm, but whatever definately a recipe worth keeping!!!
