This was great - but since I started it at 2, I didn't have 7 hrs before dinner to let it cook slowly. So, I browned the chicken in the butter after coating it was salad dressing. It turned out great but had to be careful to not let it burn. Then, I put it in the crock pot with cream cheese, and since I didn't have Cream of Chicken Soup, I used 1/2c sour cream and the liquid from of a can of Campbell's Chicken Noodle. I served it over wide egg noodles - everyone loved it - THANKS!
