Simple Sloppy Joes

Reviewed: Dec. 9, 2011
Husband asks me to make this again and again and again and again. SO GOOD! Used tomato sauce and tomato paste I made from the garden.

Iced Pumpkin Cookies

Reviewed: Dec. 9, 2011
I always seem to manage messing up cookies but there came out delicious despite me! Extra star for being a unique cookie too. I made it with honey instead of sugar and used my own pumpkin from the garden.

Pancakes I

Reviewed: Nov. 9, 2011
This is my go-to recipe. Works so well and the pancakes are always very fluffy. Tastes even better if you use whole grain flour.

Spinach Stuffed Chicken Breasts

Reviewed: Mar. 20, 2010
Delicious. I don't like feta so I switched it out for monterey jack and used fresh spinach cooked down with some sauteed onions, garlic, and mushrooms.

To Die For Blueberry Muffins

Reviewed: Mar. 20, 2010
I use this recipe all the time and always awesome! Love it and use it as a base for different muffin versions. I usually make 9 smaller muffins to make sure it cooks all the way through. I've made it as is and without the topping.

Sweet Restaurant Slaw

Reviewed: Mar. 20, 2010
Really good! Definitely need to let it chill for two hours to let the flavors meld and might of been a little too sweet for my own personal taste but deserves all five stars! You can make as is or shred your own cabbage and carrots instead of using coleslaw mix.
