Mom's Best Macaroni Salad

This recipe was great. I did make some changes. I used a 13oz box of lowcarb elbows and I left out the sugar and used 2tbls of sweetened condenced milk along with 1/4 cup white vinegar and lowfat mayo to taste. This was still plenty sweet and tangy
