Curry Split Pea Soup

Reviewed: Jun. 8, 2011
Very good! I made mine in the slow cooker! BTW to the person that thinks you have to soak split peas overnight, you don't. It says so on the package of split peas.

Washabinaros Chili

Reviewed: Sep. 8, 2009
I have to say I did not use all the spicy items.. the washabi, the habeneros and it was still quite spicy! It was a bit runny, I thickened it up with cornstarch. I will be using beer and coffee in any chili I make in the future.. that was so good!

Hamburger Potato Casserole

Reviewed: Jul. 24, 2009
It was alright. If I make it again, I won't layer it, I'll mix it all together. Maybe through in some sour cream and garlic or something. It was very bland to us. We used a lot of salt to "taste" it.

Omg, this was good! My hubby really liked it too. I'll double the recipe next time so we have leftovers for lunch!

Tater Tot Casserole

Reviewed: Jul. 15, 2009
It was pretty good, I added peas to the hambuger. I added some shredded cheese on top of the hamburger mixture and put a full layer of tatter tots on top. My hubby loved it. I thought it was "ok". I'll make it again because he liked it. My five year old said it was really good except for the gross stuff on the bottom (the hamburger and peas). LOL She's picky though.

Brownie Delight

Reviewed: Nov. 6, 2008
I modified this slightly after reading some of the reviews. I added approximately 4 tablespoons of peanut butter to the whipped egg whites and brown sugar. This thickened the mixture up quite a bit and we love peanut butter at my house. I had to bake for 45 mins before it was done. Very moist and very yummy!
