Chewy Chocolate Cookies

Reviewed: Oct. 10, 2011
this is a really great cookie. its chewy and tasty. was easy to make and i used a small cookie scoop to form dough. i only had half butter and half shortening at home so thats what i used. it flattened alot but tasted really good. i tried topping some with peanut butter but it spreads too much. maybe better with some chips or goodies throughout. thanks for the tasty treat

these were pretty good. made them exactly as written. the recipe couldnt decide wether it was a cookie or bread. think i wouldve rather just baked banana bread

Red Velvet Cupcakes

Reviewed: Aug. 6, 2009
yum, loved the frosting the most. wonderful. this amount of coloring is right on, if you want it the bright fake red go for it best this is nice color also ps. to all of you that think its not chocolatey enough, make a chocolate cake if you want chocolate, red velvet is MEANT to be lightly flavored with cocoa.

Peach Cobbler Dump Cake II

Reviewed: May 16, 2009
DEEEEELISH! chopped up my peaches a little so everyone got a few peices, layered with jello, cake mix, liquids, then drizzled over melted butter (makes the crust crustier) it was killer! bake a few extra minutes for better crisp top. ps. i accidentally grabbed sugar free jello at the store and it worked great.

Mom's Chicken Cacciatore

yummy yummy i used to work at this italian restraunt and this is close to their recipe, theirs was just way spicy. if you wanna heat things up just add crushed red pepper flake when you simmer your sauce. also i like to pair this with 'percateli' noodles. they are like a straw and suck up all the sauce!

Ice Cream Muffins

Reviewed: May 15, 2009
when i mixed this recipe it seemed too dry.more like biscuit mix. i used: 2c self rise 1 pint ic 1/3 c milk this made the dough more like a cake. as for axtras i added some of those big soft sprinkles and it turned the cupcakes into a party! fun! warning: these taste kinda like biscuit/scone more than cupcake but if you dont like things super sweet they are awesome! definatelly using these next time i make strawberry shortcake!

this was a really great frosting. though im still having a hard time finding the frosting that doesnt look like it separates. this broke and you could tell between the sugar and shortening and it wasnt even hot in my house. but it tasted great!

turned out like some really thin cooked meat. wasnt too excited. also it cost more than just purchasing the kind i really like. i did follow the recipe and dried in the oven. would be better from the smoker or dehydrator i think
