About Me
Wife and Mom of three, business woman, dreamer, & a foodie definitely. Love to cook, love to eat!
My favorite things to cook
I enjoy cooking a wide variety of foods, from Tex-mex to Asian dishes. I tend to have my own spice preferences... like I love a dash or three of cumin and cayenne in just about everything. I'm definitely a "eye ball measurer" and a "by the taste cook". I really hate to measure and thankfully at this point I have pretty good eye.
My favorite family cooking traditions
I find that I cook more out of love than necessity, wanting to give my family something delicious and make people happy. Working together with family is even better!
My cooking triumphs
My goal is to cook my entire Good Housekeeping Cook Book and master all the techniques.
My cooking tragedies
I've had many, and expect to have many to come. However, that is the only way to grow in cooking... or in any facet really. To fail, fall, and learn from it all!
