Slow Cooker Beef Stew IV
Awesome awesome awesome. My husband and friend ate 3 bowls each or MORE! Only thing I didn't add was the onion soup mix. I never have any in the cupboard. I also leave out the butter so it's more healthy. I add Greek seasoning... but I add it to everything I cook.

Spinach and Mushroom Frittata
Great! Next time I won't use fresh spinach. I didn't like the process of steaming/wilting it myself. The spinach retains too much water. It was annoying trying to squeeze out excess water and boiling hot! I also didn't use portobello, just regular mushrooms and they were fine. I added my favourite Greek seasoning as well. Great recipe! But I found it poofed up like crazy in the oven and by the time it was ready it had shrunk really thin. My husband looked at it and said "that's dinner?". However, it tasted fantastic.

Korean BBQ Beef (Pul-Kogi)
Unfortunately the grocery store I went to didn't have sirloin so I ended up getting flank steaks or something like that. The meat didn't cook quite like I would have liked, but the marinade is AMAZING! I put extra ginger in. I used vegetable oil and rice vinegar instead because I didn't have the other ingredients and it tasted just fine. I have purchased beef top sirloin this time and am going to re-try the recipe with the right meat.
