Dale's Lamb
This method is amazing!!! I had lamb leg thawed and had to use it. I didn't have soy so I used worchestire, didn't have lemon so I used lime, didn't have brown sugar so I used honey, didn't have fresh so I used some powdered ginger. Only marined for 30 and then made the sauce. It was AMAZING!!! Next time I'll be stocked and make it by the book. Hats off to Dale!!!

Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies II
5 MINUTES, don't over bake these. Let them cool before you move them or they will crumble. Fantastic after that! I used reduced fat peanut butter because it's what I had, it's better mixed with a stick of butter;) I also used peanut butter chips for an extra peanutty flavor.

Quick and Almost-Professional Buttercream Icing
Better than mom's!! Don't tell her shhh.... I made the vanilla just as directed and it was perfect for icing and piping, it stacked between layers well. I cooked a 1/4 cup of cocoa and 1 and 1/2 tablespoon of butter for just a few min on low heat then cooled and whipped in for a light chocolate version and it was awesome too!!
