Grilled Cilantro Salmon

Reviewed: Oct. 4, 2009
I am sorry but this was not good at all. I copied recipe exactly and the cilantro was just way too much, too overpowering. Maybe I am just not a HUGE cilantro fan, though I have always cooked with it I have never really used this much. My family shoved it around their plates. Sorry again for the low review, I wanted to like it I really did. Sorry.

Bow Ties with Sausage, Tomatoes and Cream

Reviewed: Sep. 28, 2009
This is a really scrumptious recipe! Also a good base recipe. I am not a fan of ground sausage of any type usually so I cut a link of kielbasa into quarter size medallions and browned them according to recipe adding extra garlic, onion, and chopped peppers (red, green, yellow, orange) I use peppers all the time so I only took as much as I wanted from each pepper and saved the rest for later. I add a few seasonings and then some extra cream and a bit of broth. Very good!

Roast Sticky Chicken-Rotisserie Style

Reviewed: Sep. 28, 2009
This recipe is so delicious! 5 stars for sure! The first time I made it I forgot to "Marinate" the chickens over night so I through them in the crock-pot with all the spices just as it called for, and they still turned out fantastic! The whole family loved it! Doing it in the oven as the recipe calls for yields a slightly different result which is just as mouth watering but not necessarily better IMO. Both ways can be done depending on convenience to you or what have you, either way is 5 stars!!!! Thanks for this great recipe!
