Pioneer Cookies

Reviewed: Dec. 14, 2013
Loved these! Simple and delicious with either brown sugar or white sugar. Instead of raisins I did white chocolate chips and switched out the vanilla extract for almond. All amounts remained the same. I rolled them into balls and they came out like snowball cookies. Perfect with a cup of coffee (for me) or a glass of milk for the kids!

quick and easy. make sure you bring the sugar/milk/butter to a full rolling boiling before counting the minute. i actually used half regular oatmeal and half flax seed and cranbury oatmeal. delicious and added nutrition!

delicious! on high my chicken was done in 3.5 hours. i made the mistake of leaving it on warm for about 30min while i was waiting for my husband to get home and the chicken ended up drying out, but te flavor of the rice was great!

Pineapple Upside-Down Cake III

Reviewed: Dec. 16, 2008
i halved the recipe and used butter instead of shortening. pretty yummy if you ask me! the cake part coud be bland but if you use a coconut extract instead of vanilla or a dash of rum you can liven up the flavor! i used a tsp of rum with the brown sugar and pineapples. so good!
