Veggie Burgers

Reviewed: Aug. 7, 2010
I don't know what the hype is about these. I followed the recipe perfectly. They were bland and after a few bites the texture was gross. I gave it 2 stars instead of 1 because at least they were edible. I was raised vegetarian, so I know what a good veggie burger should taste like.

Chicken, Asparagus, and Mushroom Skillet

Reviewed: Jun. 13, 2011
Definitely an easy and yummy recipe. Needs WAY more liquid (lemon juice/olive oil) like other posters have suggested. I think way more asparagus too.

Blueberry, Banana, and Peanut Butter Smoothie

Yum, this is good. I followed the recipe to a T except I only had whole flax seeds. I ground them first in the blender. Pretty tasty!

Pasta with Spinach Pesto Sauce

Reviewed: Mar. 9, 2010
Yum! Whole family loved this! Don't think the broth is necessary - tofu has a lot of water.

Spinach Pasta Salad

Reviewed: May 9, 2009
My first review! This salad is amazing! I use Rotini pasta but that is personal preference. I also used Ken's Italian and Romano dressing is what I used. What an AWESOME recipe!

Chicken Noodle Stir-Fry

Reviewed: Dec. 23, 2009
This is simple and delicious! I have made it many times using a variety of veggies and one time I fried tofu in place of the chicken. This recipe is foolproof. 100% recommended.
