White Chocolate Cheesecake with White Chocolate Brandy Sauce

Reviewed: Oct. 6, 2013
I used this recipe as a base to turn into white chocolate macadamia cheesecake and made a caramel to drizzle over. Make sure you cook cheesecake in water bath.....it's perfect!!!

Peanut Butter Cup Cookies

These taste mostly peanut buttery. If you want a true chocolate peanut butter cookie use a chocolate kiss in the center.

Hash Brown and Egg Casserole

Reviewed: Jan. 18, 2011
I toss the frozen hashbrowns with 3 tablespoons melted butter and bake in a 400 degree oven for 30 minutes before adding the rest of the ingredients. This eliminates the bland potato taste and improves the texture. I don't add the onion or garlic powder at all because it makes it a little to savory for 8 am. I even make the night before and bake the following morning with excellent results. Delicious!!!

Mary's Roasted Red Pepper Dip

Reviewed: Jan. 1, 2011
I used one whole pepper out of a 12 oz. jar and diced it. I used one pkg of 4 cheese mexican blend of shredded cheese for better flavor instead of just monterey jack and only 1/2 cup mayo. Optional, but I doubled the garlic and onion. People loved this dip!! Makes enough for about 14 adults. I have no idea how this could feed 32! It is too good to stop eating!

Key Lime Pie VII

Reviewed: Jun. 22, 2010
I used the 3 cups of condensed milk, not 2 cans like some reviewers suggested, and it was delicious. I couldn't find key limes so I used regular limes and increased them to 1 cup of juice and 2 tablespoons finely grated zest. Perfect tart lime pie and my husband's new favorite! Thanks!!!

Corn and Zucchini Melody

Reviewed: Jun. 16, 2010
Awesome!! I added 1/2 of a chopped red bell pepper for color and 3 extra pieces of bacon and some minced garlic. I also increased the cheese to 1/2 cup. Quarter zucchini in 1/2" slices for best texture. Very good recipe.

Best Chocolate Chip Cookies

Reviewed: Jun. 14, 2010
Wow!!! These are perfect-we make chocolate chip cookies twice a month and I have always loved the texture of recipes that add pudding but the taste of toll house cookies. These are the best of both worlds. I followed another reviewers advice of adding 1/2t. cream of tartar to give the cookies a cracked appearance on top, so excited to know that secret, they are pretty cookies!!! THANK YOU!!

Spaghetti Pie III

Reviewed: Feb. 16, 2010
Love it, love it, love it!! After making this recipe many times I have come to the conclusion that adding an extra cup of pasta sauce keeps this casserole moist in the oven and helps when reheating for leftovers. Also, stir in a tablespoon of butter to cooked noodles before adding to baking dish. Keeps the noddles from getting sticky. Our whole family loves this recipe!!!!

Brooke's Best Bombshell Brownies

Reviewed: Feb. 16, 2010
Perfect just as they are for dark chocolate lovers!!! These are best when consumed within 24 hours to keep them soft and fresh. They become more fudge-like after that, which is a good thing too! When I make these for kids, I use milk chocolate chips instead of semi-sweet and I use 2 cups white sugar and 1 cup brown sugar to make them a little sweeter. Heaven!!

Cream Corn Like No Other

Reviewed: Aug. 22, 2009
Yummy!! Added about 1 extra cup of corn to reduce the liquid a little. Also added 1/2 of a finely chopped green bell pepper sauteed in 2 tablespoons butter to give it a little color. Would also be good with a can of green chiles and a dash of cayenne for a mexican twist. Will make again SOON!

Chocolate Trifle

Awesome!! Even better if you add toffee chips and chopped pecans to brownie mix and mini chocolate chips to pudding mix. Then top final layer of whipped topping w/ toffee chips and chocolate syrup!!!

Corn Dip II

Reviewed: Oct. 30, 2008
This dip is GREAT if you bake it and serve it hot!! Bake at 350 for 25 minutes or until bubbly and serve with tortilla scoop chips. I also add a drained can of green chiles and 1 more teaspoon of cumin. Made it twice and everyone LOVES it. Thanks for the recipe.
