Peanut Butter Cup Cookies
These taste mostly peanut buttery. If you want a true chocolate peanut butter cookie use a chocolate kiss in the center.

Hash Brown and Egg Casserole
I toss the frozen hashbrowns with 3 tablespoons melted butter and bake in a 400 degree oven for 30 minutes before adding the rest of the ingredients. This eliminates the bland potato taste and improves the texture. I don't add the onion or garlic powder at all because it makes it a little to savory for 8 am. I even make the night before and bake the following morning with excellent results. Delicious!!!

Mary's Roasted Red Pepper Dip
I used one whole pepper out of a 12 oz. jar and diced it. I used one pkg of 4 cheese mexican blend of shredded cheese for better flavor instead of just monterey jack and only 1/2 cup mayo. Optional, but I doubled the garlic and onion. People loved this dip!! Makes enough for about 14 adults. I have no idea how this could feed 32! It is too good to stop eating!
