Yellow Squash Casserole

I have been making this recipe for a couple of years now and have shared it with family and friends. It is with out a doubt one of the best vegetable dishes I have ever had the pleasure to enjoy, the recipe is perfect as written, don't change a thing.

Finnish Meatballs (Lihapyorykoita)

The meatballs were very delicious, but the sauce lacked flavor and was floury tasting. I think the next time I make this recipe I'll add salt and pepper and possibly a can of cream of celery or cream of mushroom soup instead of the second 1/2 cup of cream.

Coq au Vin alla Italiana

5 Stars +. This is one of the best recipes I have ever made. I added the remaining flour mixture to the sauce to thicken it a little. Everyone just loved it, I served it with Penne noodles.I used Merlot.
