The first time I made these, I felt like they did not have a lot of flavor. So for the second round, I subbed in melted cooled butter for the oil, omitted the sugar, and upped the garlic powder and decreased the lemon pepper. So I'd like to call these, Definately Not Healthy Muffins( the butter, bacon and cheese!)
