Apple Strudel Muffins
This was a good recipe to start with. I wish I would have read the other reviews first about how to make it more moist since the original recipe created a super thick and unmoist batter. I added a tablespoon of vegetable oil as well as some milk and that seemed to help. I also added 1 t of cinnamon and 1/2 t of nutmeg. I doubled the amount of the topping and added some chopped pecans to it. They turned out delicious!
