Here's what I did different. I took 1 cup raw rice and cooked it; I think it yields about 2.5-3 cups cooked rice. Set aside. In mixing bowl, I combine 8oz. sour cream, 1 can cream of chicken soup, 1 can cream of celery soup, 1/2 cup white wine, 1 tbsp. celery SEED, 1 tbsp. onion powder, 1/2 tbsp. garlic powder pepper and some salt. I put the cooked rice into the mixture and I GRILL chicken breasts (with the skin on) - just brush them with olive oil and discard the skin when cooked. Pull apart chicken and add into mixture. Top with 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese and crushed Ritz crackers. I use low fat soups and cheese; regular sour cream. Gosh, its the best!!! Family goes crazy over it!
