Banana Crumb Muffins

Reviewed: Jan. 16, 2012
According to my daughter they are the best muffins I ever made, similar to other reviews very moist on the inside and crunchy on the outside. I reduced the white suger to half a cup, and add more cinnamon on the topping 1/2 a teaspoon. Awesome recipe!

Bread Pudding II

Reviewed: Dec. 30, 2011
THis wasn't so good don't know why there is so much hype about it, I thought it was ok because I am a carb freak so it tasted like bread soaked in milk and sugar, nothing special, however my husband and children did not like it at all

Supreme Strawberry Topping

I always had a hard time getting the sauce right on the cheese cake , but this recipe is fail proof especially after I chill the cheesecake this sauce holds very well, I had to add more sugar though to get the desired taste.

Prawn Biryani

Reviewed: Oct. 8, 2010
This gets five stars because it is so easy to make , it's a quick dish and very rich in taste, lovely. I made it a couple of times on the stove not microwave. I marinate the shrimps (I use frozen precooked shrimps) then, boil on medium heat for 15 minutes, once the shrimps are done I remove and place the shrimps aside, then fry the rice with the marinate add water and boil until the rice is almost cooked then place the rice covered in a preheated oven at 165 degrees celcius for 15 minutes or until rice is well cooked, once done I remove all the spices and place the shrimps on top along with a few parsley leaves before serving. I use exactly the same amount for all the ingredients as directed in the original recipe, hope that helps, Bon Apetite!

Miss Betty's Super Quick Dinner Rolls

Reviewed: Oct. 8, 2010
I honestly don't know what was nice about this one, please respectfully I ask don't give five stars unless something is outstandingly good, I know everyone has their opinion but this definitely doesn't even deserve a star. I mean compare this to clone of a cinabon or Amish white bread ok the later is just bread but it's a five star bread , if you know what I mean
