Stuffed Pork Chops I

Reviewed: Nov. 8, 2013
This was just OK for us. I prefer my dressing without a can of soup dumped over it. There were left overs which usually does not happen at our house and no one wanted to finish it off the next day.

Oven Roasted Teriyaki Chicken

Reviewed: Sep. 30, 2013
I use this recipe over and over and my family cannot get enough. I use some recommended changes and it is a five star recipe with the following changes. 1/2 C Brown Sugar instead of Splenda, 1/4 C Orange Juice instead of vinegar, add 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper, 2 cloves of garlic. Pour sauce over chicken thighs and let sit for an hour. Bake it in the oven with the sauce on it, uncovered. 400 degrees for 35 minutes. Serve over sticky rice with a spoonful of the sauce and your favorite vegetable. Delicious!

Spicy Refrigerator Dill Pickles

Reviewed: Sep. 4, 2013
I took some of the reviewers advice and cut the sugar back to 1 Tablespoon per batch of brine. Big mistake. The pickles are so sour and vinegary that we cannot eat them. I am opening the lids now and dumping sugar into each jar in the hope that I can save them. As they are now I have to throw them out. My advice is to follow the recipe as written.

Uglies

Reviewed: Jul. 9, 2012
My family thinks these are the bomb. I use 1 cup BBQ sauce and that is plenty for us. Otherwise I make them exactly as the recipe states and they turn out warm and wonderful each time!

This was good but did not taste like the King Pao chicken at my favorite restaurants. Good though and there was none left over.

White Bean 'N' Barley Soup

Reviewed: Nov. 8, 2009
I loved this soup. I will make this again. I did add a bit of ham since my kids are such meat eaters. I omited the tomatoes because the kids won't eat them. Absolutely yummy!

Burgundy Pork Tenderloin

Reviewed: Sep. 17, 2009
We enjoyed this recipe. I used 1 cup wine and 1 cup broth. Next time I will use 2 cups wine like the recipe calls for. 1 1/2 packets gravy mix was too much, I added water and it was still really thick but also tasty.

Very good and like the title says 'Flavorful'. I used the apple juice and marinated the meat as others suggested. Yummy.
