I love cooking casseroles and anything Mexican! I also enjoy cooking other things like Stew, Chili, hamburgers and alot of others.

Cheddar Baked Chicken
This recipe is SOOO good! I didnt have any of the cereal so I made it without, but other than that followed the directions and it was so yummy. Easy too. 5 stars from the hubby!

Swiss Chicken Casserole II
This recipe is very easy and really does taste amazing! I have cooked this for several people and it is a favorite with them all! Highly recommend!
