About this Cook
I'm a college student and I absolutely love to bake. I recently have just started cooking some, but baking seems more enjoyable because you get to be creative.
My favorite things to cook
Anything using my favorite two ingredients: peanut butter and chocolate. When it comes to cooking and regular food, I eat very healthy and love to cook soups and nutritious meals, but when it comes to desserts anything goes. Ironic I know.
My cooking triumphs
I've made a lasagna which took awhile. I once made a 4 layer caramel cake that was amazing.
My cooking tragedies
Me and cakes haven't had a great relationship up til this point. I'm getting better, but it's been rough.

Death By Chocolate IV
This is definitely a chocolate-lovers dream dessert. Instead of using just toffee candy bars however, I went and bought an assortment of my favorite candy bars. When they're all crushed up it adds more variety to just the chocolate cake, pudding, and whipped cream.

Having made this recipe countless times, I think I've learned a few tricks and variations that might seem useful. You can either have the cereal be evenly coated by eliminating the butter from the recipe, making the chocolate mixture very smooth which easily coats the cereal evenly. Or you can add the butter and microwave for 1 1/2 min. (added about 1/2 to 3/4 cups crunchy peanut butter), which turns the mixture into a more solid than liquidy. It coats the cereal, but it clumps pieces together, creating these wonderful little clumps of chocolate and cereal. Also if you use crunchy peanut butter the little peanut buts get covered in powdered sugar and fall to the bottom of the bag--excellent. In addition to using more confectioners' sugar (about half a bag), another variation is to add peanut butter M & M's! You can also use both milk chocolate and semisweet chips. It makes it less of a bitter semi-sweet taste, or even use hershey kisses and semisweet chips!

Cranberry Sauce II
I added cinnamon and a little lemon juice to mine since it was a little too sweet.
