Reviewed: Dec. 11, 2010
I couldn't believe how delicious and moist these muffins were. I used dried Cranberries in place of fresh or frozen.

This Moist and Tasty Chocolate Cake will be used again in my house. I made Cupcakes with it and the Recipe Made 24 large cupcakes. I did not make the Icing, found that the cupcakes were sweet enough as they were. I did use 1 cup of coffee in place of the 1 cup of boiled water.

Amazing Apple Cake

Reviewed: Jan. 3, 2010
was kind of puzzled because the "batter" was dry, but when you add the apples it looks like a batter. Family just loved it. I baked it in a Bunt pan and sprinkled brown sugar, cinnamon and apples on the bottom before pouring the batter in and baked for 1 hr to carmelize the brown sugar and apples.

Deluxe Sugar Cookies

Reviewed: Dec. 9, 2009
Because of limited time in the evenings we didn't have time to mix the dough and refridgerate it then roll it and then bake it. We refridgerated it for 24 hrs and it came out just wonderfully. Of all the sugar dough recipes I have done this is the best I have used.
