Sparkling Chicken

We eat a lot of chicken and this is one of the best recipes I had so far. I did use Brut instead of Asti but everything else was per recipe. We all loved it! I will make this again and again.

Creamy Spinach Tortellini

I seasoned it to my family's taste but did everything else per recipe. I thought this was easy enough to make and something really different to us as we don't eat tortellini often. This was a very good veggie dish and even my husband complimented it. I will be making this again.

I have to admit the honey threw me off but this was very good. I did add mushrooms as we all love them and served it over rice with some broccoli. It was very good.

Renaissance Stuffed Mushrooms

I thought they were rather bland myself yet others thought they were the best thing since sliced bread. It could be my taste is off from the new meds so I am still giving it 5 stars as the ease of making these and the fact I did like them just thought there would be a stronger flavor. (Like I said, may just be my meds.)

Kosher Salt Encrusted Prime Rib Roast

This didn't work for me. I am not sure what I did wrong or because the meat was small (about 2 lbs) but it did not crust except for the top. It was easy to remove there and the meat was moist and so good but every where else the salt didn't crust so I couldn't remove it. The meant was salty even though I tried to scrap it off. I think it is something I did and not the recipe so I don't want to give this a bad review. As I said, where I got it to crust (top) the meat was very good.

Chicken Breasts Pierre

I made this exactly as the recipe states and was pleasantly surprised. Both my husband and I loved it. It wasn't as hot as I thought it would be and the flavor was very good. I served this on rice but next time will make sure I have pasta on hand. About the only thing I would do is add mushrooms to it (only because we are mushroom lovers) but other than that I love it just the way it is. I will be making this again and again.

Crispy Orange Beef

I made this twice today it was so good. The first time I followed the recipe only cutting down on the ginger. It was very good but the sauce thickened up too much to me because I wanted it to drip into the rice so the second time I made it I used orange juice (already made) instead of the frozen concentrate and it was just perfect. I will be making this again and again.

Sherry Apple Pork Chops

I made this last night. I took one tip from the reviews and I marinaded them in apple juice first. Other than that I followed the recipe and they came out fantastic. We loved them. Yeah, next time I may add a little more salt and tweak to my families taste but this recipe is excellent.

Bolognese Stuffed Bell Peppers

I am not sure if it was because my meat was too lean or what the problem was but I followed the recipe and found the meat mixture too dry (not creamy at all) while the peppers still hard. None of us were crazy about this dish so I won't be making it again.

Mashed Potatoes with Fried Mushroom, Bacon, and Onion

I made these tonight and the only thing different is I diced the onion not sliced. I would make again with only one change.... Next time (and there will be a next time) when I cook the onion and mushrooms in the pan I will add some garlic to it. To me it was missing garlic but then again that is my own personal taste. Very good recipe!

The only change I did was add a little more lemon juice because we love lemon with our fish so it was purely a personal choice to suit our taste. I served with rice and veggie and everyone loved it.

Herb Roasted Pork Loin and Potatoes

I made this tonight. Only differece was I seared the meat and when I boiled the potatoes I threw a few carrots and some celery in there. Also, I used different spices as we don't care for thyme. I used more garlic and onion. Served with some apple sauce and my familly loved it.
