Slow Cooker Pork Chops II
This is my go-to recipe for pork chops in the crock pot because I always have the ingredients on hand! I have probably made this recipe 10 times. :) The pork always turns out extremely tender. I usually use a little less olive oil because I've found it doesn't need quite that much especially with the chicken broth. I usually cook it on low for 6ish hours instead of on high because I am not home and it never dries out. It is great served over mashed potatoes or rice with the extra sauce.

Old-Fashioned Pancakes
These were very light and fluffy. I would add less salt next time though, realized after adding the salt I only had salted butter and it was a bit much. I can't have regular milk so I used vanilla soy milk and it was very good! Would be really good with cinnamon added too.

Incredible Chicken
This has been sitting in my recipe box forever so I finally decided to give it a try and I'm so glad I did! Like other reviewers, I didn't measure at all, I started out with melted butter on the chicken and liberally sprinkled the garlic salt on both sides with some pepper and then topped each with some brown sugar. I also covered it up the last 15 minutes or so and it turned out perfect. I'm always looking for recipes that use what I already have on hand and this is definitely a keeper for an easy but delicious dinner.
