Mmm... so delicious! I'm sharing this recipe with other spinach/salmon lovers I know! As for the extra sauce, I had it the next morning on English muffin/scrambled egg sandwiches with a little Parmesan cheese sprinkled on top.

Skillet Garlic Chicken Dinner

The cooking times didn't seem right for this, which made the chicken part of the meal below average when I made it. The rice part of it was delicious, though! I will definitely be making it regularly.

Beef and Barley Soup III

Really good! I made this during the Superbowl for my best friend. It was simple enough that I could pay attention to the game easily and he and I absolutely loved the beefy flavor and the barley.

Shrimp and Mushroom Linguini with Creamy Cheese Herb Sauce

Good recipe, but needs salt and lots of black pepper. I would also consider adding wilted spinach, sun dried tomatoes, and capers if I ever make it again.

Hamburger Soup III

This was delicious! I'm on a strict budget right now, but I'm also trying to be healthy and this recipe definitely fit the bill! I made it on a stormy, cold, rainy night and needless to say, it was a huge hit!
