Balsamic Bruschetta
This went over really well in our house. I think that onion is a must in bruschetta, so I added some and it was delicious!

Thai Breaded Chicken Filets
My husband and I were looking to make a treat and found this recipe. It was great! We followed the recipe exactly and it was delicious. A nice change from just straight chicken strips and dip. We used some sweet chili sauce for dipping.

Seafood Pasta Delight
I made this last night for supper and it was fantastic! My husband wants me to make it again tonight because he ate the left overs for a midnight snack so there isn't any left.
