Stuffed Cabbage Rolls

Reviewed: Sep. 8, 2010
My mom has been making these for years. It's usually her new year's day meal (cabbage for good luck). We LOVE these and everyone who has ate them loves them too! :) Very very yummy. I add Italian seasoning to rolls and the tomato soup... It really MAKES the dish! Definitely add Italian seasoning!

Coconut Cream Meringue Pie

This was absolutely creamy and just wonderful! I did cook the mixture until I thought it was thick enough and it turned out perfectly. You have to use a little common sense on this one and make sure that you do not pour into your crust until it looks thick and creamy!!!! My parents, sister, and husband all LOVED this pie!

No Bake Peanut Butter Pie

My mother has been using this recipe for years! It's absolutely divine! It's also amazing just in a regular graham cracker crust. It's so rich and creamy. You'll want more than 1 piece but just be careful because it is very rich!

Mom's Cucumbers

Reviewed: May 30, 2010
My mother used to make this when I was a kid. She would soak cucumbers about 1/16ths of an inch thick with water up to the top... I had to triple the liquid ingredients. And when you do that it will allow you to use the liquids over and over again.

Peanut Butter Fudge IV

Reviewed: Nov. 25, 2008
This recipe is a very easy recipe to follow. I've made this 2 times! The first time I cooked it about 30 seconds too long (on a gas stove) and it took too long to stir in the ingredients... The second time I had everything waiting so i just threw it in immediately (as it says) after I turned off the heat! I have ruined fudge in the past! Very simple and cost efficient to make! Husband loved it! Will make for Christmas baskets!
