Fluffy White Frosting

Okay if this was on taste alone I would have given it 5 stars. Read the reviews and followed the directions. Used the whip on the kitchen aid. The frosting had that glimmer and spread well. It looked so nice I even used it to pipe on some decorations. It was about an hour later the icing began to fall off my cooled cake. If the cake was warm I could see it melting. But it was cool and in the fridge. Thinking back now this frosting is better suited for a 9x13 pan. There is no way all those egg whites were going to hold up.

Glazed Corned Beef

I have been looking for a good CB recipe for quite some time. I am not a fan of boiling meat. Just doesn't sound right and leaves it with an odd color. I followed this one exactly except adjusted the baking time to suit my taste. I must say it turned out great. Baking uncovered for the last 30 to 40 minutes is key for the glaze. Thank you.

Sour Cream Pound Cake

I am a dessert junkie especially anything chocolate. I made this looking for something other than my daily chocolate fix. Wow this was great. Everyone that tried it said it was the best pound cake they ever had! Made two additions based on other reviews added lemon juice and vanilla. Thanks for the recipe.

Overnight Blueberry French Toast

If you’re looking for something different and exceptionaly good this is it. I would classify this as a dessert. VERY SWEET. I made according to directions. Next time I will have the sauce on the side.

Cream Puff Cake

Great recipe! I made this in a 9" spring form pan. Came out easily and made for a nice presentation. I followed the suggestions of others reviewers regarding the chocolate over the crust. If you are looking for a different dessert this is it. Rave reviews!

I am a firm believer if you don’t have anything nice to say don’t say it. However this recipe is going to change that. As with others I was sucked din by the title. Followed recipe exactly. I did not care for these at all.

New York Cheesecake III

Stop looking for a great cheesecake recipe because this is the one. This was awesome! I added vanilla and ¼ cup of sour cream. Did not use a water bath. Wish I had it cracked. Not the end of the world…fruit topping worked well to cover the crack. No problems with the center not cooking. Followed cooking times but increased the temp to 215 instead of 200 as suggested earlier.

Dip For The Stars

I would not hesitate to make this again. Cut the recipe in half for a party of 16 and there was plenty left over. I did not make the double layer as suggested I thought it would be too over powering. I used a small saucepan for my mold and it came out great.
