Betsy's Poppy Seed Chicken

My family loves this dish. I boil the chicken for a slightly healthier version but it still has a wonderful flavor. I also add 1 tsp poppy seeds to the chicken mixture. Wonderful!

I have been making this gravy for over a year using different types of sausage and they all turn out amazing. Maple sticks a little so I use it less often. This is the best gravy recipe ever my family loves it! My father always asks me to make extra and deliver some to his house.

Best White Icing Ever

I did not care for the taste of this icing. I followed the recipe exactly. I didn't think it was too sweet it just tastes too much like grease. The consistency is fine though. I bet many of the of reviewers that had trouble in that area used granulated sugar in place of confectioners sugar.
