Braised Lemon Pheasant

Wow, this recipe really tastes great. I can't rave enough about it! I did as other people advised and added 1/2 cup lemon juice to the batch and it came out splendid. There was no game taste or leftovers! A definite repeat in our household with pheasant or chicken.

Debdoozie's Blue Ribbon Chili

I made this chili exactly as the directions dictated and came out with a chili that was much less then what I had expected. Overall I was not impressed because it was just your typical meat and beans chili with nothing to make it stand out as "the best". I can understand why in many of the reviews people reported adding several other ingredients to liven it up. This recipe is a good base to begin creating your own personal chili but I wouldn't count it as a prize winning recipe.
