Boilermaker Tailgate Chili
EXCELLENT! we modified a bit with less beans and added some sausage, but overall a great base. I think the Bacon is the key :)

Roasted Red Pepper Soup
I'd make it again...added some cream and had to roast peppers myself since i couldn't find the cans. too much tortellini i thought...
